This document is placeholder wording awaiting legal review before launch. It describes how we intend to operate, but it is not yet a finished agreement. If anything here matters to a decision you are making, please ask us first.
This page explains what Yomna collects, why, and what we do not do with it. Last updated 8 August 2026.
What we collect from you
When you create an invitation we collect your name, email address and WhatsApp number, together with the content you put into the invitation itself — the names, dates, venue, photographs and wording you choose.
What we collect from your guests
If you turn on RSVP, we store what a guest submits: their name, whether they are attending, how many people they are bringing, and any message they leave. This belongs to you. We do not email your guests, profile them, or use their details for anything other than showing you their reply.
Payment information
Payment is by bank transfer. We never see or store your card details. If you upload a transfer confirmation, it is held in private storage, used only to check the payment arrived, and deleted once it is no longer needed for accounting.
Who can see your invitation
Anyone with the link. Invitations are not listed anywhere and are marked so that search engines do not index them, but the link itself is the key — treat it the way you would treat the invitation. Your private control link is separate, and should not be shared with guests.
Who else is involved
We use a small number of providers to run the service: hosting and content delivery, database and file storage, and an email service for the messages we send you about your order. They process data on our instructions only.
How long we keep things
Your invitation and its replies stay available while your order is active. You can ask us to delete everything at any time and we will, including your guests’ replies.
Your choices
- Ask for a copy of what we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
- Ask us to delete your invitation and everything in it.
- Turn RSVP off, so no guest details are collected at all.
